The Bucharest Stock Exchange opened positively today, with 18 out of 20 companies in the BET index showing gains. The BET index rose by 2.7% at the start of trading. Cristim Family Holding led the gains with a 9.6% increase, followed by Aquila at 8.5%. Nuclearelectrica also saw a significant rise of over 8%, despite its current inactivity in energy production.
