Oprit în aeroport din cauza unei „umflături ciudate”: un bărbat ascundea în chiloți zece păsări vii

A man arriving from Cuba was caught at Miami International Airport attempting to smuggle ten live birds hidden in his underwear. The birds were stored in plastic tubes and concealed in specially sewn pockets. Alberto Hernández Castillo, a permanent U.S. resident, was subjected to additional inspection after customs agents noticed an unusual bulge. He initially denied bringing any wildlife into the country. The birds included two protected species, and Castillo was charged with smuggling. He was released on a $25,000 bond, with a court date set for October 26.
