Opozantul rus Boris Nadejdin a ajuns în Franţa după ce a fost condamnat în Rusia pentru afişarea de „simboluri extremiste”
Russian opposition figure Boris Nadejdin has left the country, announcing his situation via a video from Paris. He expressed his need to consider his next steps after being barred from running for office due to a recent conviction. Nadejdin had aimed to challenge Putin in the upcoming presidential elections but faced legal obstacles. His conviction stemmed from displaying an 'extremist symbol' related to dissident Alexei Navalny, who was declared extremist before his death in prison. Currently, over 2000 political prisoners are reported in Russian jails.
