A Russian propaganda network has been sending film crews across Europe to interview politicians and experts, with operations coordinated from Moscow. An investigation by Czech publication Seznam Zprávy reveals links to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service. The media project Rybar, founded by Mihail Zvinciuk, has over 1.5 million followers on Telegram and is under EU sanctions. The crews, consisting of Russian citizens residing in the EU, aimed to film in several countries, including the Czech Republic and France. The investigation began after a Czech expert received an interview request from a producer linked to Rybar. Authorities in the UK and US have also targeted Rybar, accusing it of spreading misinformation and attempting to influence elections.
