ONRC: Numărul insolvențelor a crescut cu 4,85% în primele opt luni din 2026 - Economica.net

In the first eight months of this year, 4,782 companies and authorized individuals entered insolvency, marking a 4.85% increase compared to the same period in 2025. The highest number of insolvencies was recorded in Bucharest, with 861 cases, up by 4.11%. Other notable regions include Bihor, Cluj, Ilfov, and Timiș, with varying trends in insolvency rates. The least insolvencies were noted in Covasna, Harghita, and Botoșani. In August alone, 357 entities went into insolvency, predominantly in Bucharest and Bihor. The wholesale and retail trade sector saw the most insolvencies, significantly increasing compared to last year.
