The portfolio includes over 140,000 square meters of leasable area, featuring developments like One Tower and One Cotroceni Park Office. The demand for office space remains strong, with a net demand of 73% in the first half of 2026. The company anticipates annual rental income of 45 million EUR by 2027 and aims for a commercial portfolio of 195,000 square meters by the end of 2026. One United Properties supports over 16,000 jobs through its developments and has contributed over 7 million EUR in local taxes.
