One United Properties are un nou CFO

One United Properties has appointed Cătălin Jalobă as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 17, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors on October 16, 2026. Jalobă will oversee the Group's financial operations, including strategy, accounting, treasury, and investor relations. He brings over 20 years of real estate experience, previously serving as Head of Real Estate Finance at BCR. He succeeds Cosmin Samoilă, who is leaving for new professional projects. Jalobă expressed enthusiasm for joining the company and aims to enhance its financial stability and growth.
