One United Properties has purchased a 5,755 sqm plot on Barbu Văcărescu Street for 10 million euros, planning to build a 25-story tower. The project is still in the design and authorization phase, lacking necessary permits. The development aims to include residential apartments, shops, offices, and green spaces, with an estimated gross development value of 130 million euros. The tower is expected to exceed 100 meters in height, making it one of the tallest buildings in Bucharest. Sales and construction are scheduled to start in 2028, pending project approvals.
