The 100% occupancy rate includes buildings like One Tower and One Cotroceni Park Office, with tenants such as Siemens Energy and Ford. The demand for new office spaces in Bucharest is high, with a vacancy rate of 11.6%. The company aims to expand its commercial portfolio to 195,000 square meters by 2026 and over 300,000 square meters by 2030, with a projected asset value exceeding 1 billion euros.
