The project, estimated at €130 million, will include residential, commercial, and office spaces, along with green areas. An international architecture competition will be held for the tower's design, aiming to integrate it into the local area. This investment expands the company's portfolio in a region where it has been active for over a decade, with ongoing projects valued at approximately €360 million. The total development value in the area now exceeds €1 billion.
