OMV Petrom și Romgaz: Prima moleculă de gaze din Neptun Deep va intra în sistem cel târziu până la sfârșitul lunii iunie anul viitor

Neptun Deep is progressing towards its first gas production, expected in the first half of 2027, according to OMV Petrom officials. The project partners have shortened the production start estimate by six months, with a plateau production of around 8 billion cubic meters annually. Development costs are on budget at approximately 4 billion euros, equally shared by OMV Petrom and Romgaz. The project is advancing as planned, with key infrastructure nearing completion and ongoing drilling operations. The project aims to enhance Romania's energy security and position it as a leader in natural gas production within the EU.
