OMV Petrom anunță primele gaze din Marea Neagră

OMV Petrom and Romgaz announced that gas extraction from the Neptun Deep project in the Black Sea will begin in the first half of 2027. The companies confirmed this timeline in reports to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The project is progressing as planned, with the production platform Neptun Alpha already installed. Following the gas entry into the National Transport System, there will be a gradual increase in production. The project includes 10 wells, 3 subsea production systems, and necessary infrastructure. Both companies hold equal stakes in the project, with OMV Petrom as the operator.
