In 2025, Olympus Foods Romania collected nearly 120,000 tons of milk from over 1,200 local farmers for dairy production. The company operates three regional collection centers and has invested over 4 million euros to support its partners. The milk processed includes cow, goat, and sheep milk, all sourced from Romanian farmers. The Hălchiu factory averages 364 tons of milk daily, with peak summer days exceeding 570 tons. The collection system involves multiple testing stages, making local milk often more expensive than imported options.
