Bulgarian students excelled at the International English Olympiad in Suceava, winning 10 medals, including 5 gold and 5 silver, along with 3 honorary diplomas. Romania's team secured 8 distinctions. The event, held for a week, showcased strong performances from both countries, with Bulgaria ranking first in the B2 team category and second in C1. Lina Brintnol achieved first place in B1, while Renel Ivanova narrowly missed first in B2. The competition included 136 students and 40 teachers from various countries, emphasizing both academic and cultural exchange. The event featured visits to significant local sites, enhancing the participants' experience.
