Sioux plans to significantly expand its Romanian team, emphasizing the center's importance in its international engineering capacity. The partnership began in 2018, focusing on Big Data, IoT, and Cloud, and has evolved into a full acquisition. The transaction's value remains undisclosed, but Sioux aims to invest further in the Romanian operation, enhancing its capabilities in high-tech industries.
