Olanda, prima țară europeană care declară Rusia „inamic”. Se pregătește de război • Newsweek România
The Netherlands has officially labeled Russia as an enemy, moving beyond the term aggressor, according to Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius. This declaration comes amid warnings from intelligence services about Russia's preparations for potential conflict with NATO. Yeşilgöz-Zegerius emphasized that while this does not mean the Netherlands is at war, the global situation is far from peaceful. The term 'enemy' indicates a recognized state of conflict, contrasting with 'aggressor,' which refers to unprovoked attacks. Other EU nations have not yet made similar declarations. Additionally, Japan's defense report highlights Russia as a significant threat, citing its military activities in Europe and near Japan as serious concerns.
