Olanda oferă o recompensă record pentru informații despre un baron al drogurilor
Dutch prosecutors have announced a record €2 million reward for information leading to the arrest of drug trafficker Jos Leijdekkers, a key figure in international cocaine trafficking. Leijdekkers, a Dutch citizen residing in Sierra Leone, has been sentenced to 24 years in absentia for smuggling over 7 tons of cocaine. Despite extradition requests, Sierra Leone has not cooperated, prompting the EU to reduce aid to the country. Leijdekkers is also facing multiple ongoing investigations and has been linked to money laundering and extreme violence.
