He proposed a dynamic excise mechanism to adjust taxes based on market conditions, aiming to protect consumers while maintaining supply stability. A Senate budget committee approved a project for temporary diesel tax reduction and declared a crisis situation in the oil market, which will be debated in the Senate plenary.
