Oficial: Tronsonul Afumați - Pantelimon al A0 Nord se deschide până la finalul lunii

The Afumați – Pantelimon section of the A0 Nord is set to open by the end of the month, according to Horațiu Cosma from the Ministry of Transport. The project is nearing completion, with 98% physical progress reported. Final works are being carried out on the DN3 overpass and related tasks. Once opened, this section will allow uninterrupted traffic on about 80% of the capital's ring road. However, Cosma highlighted delays from the contractor, emphasizing the need for stricter oversight and penalties for non-compliance with deadlines.
