Oferta lui Zelenski pentru Trump ca Ucraina să nu mai lovească rafinăriile rusești: „O altă opțiune”

Ukrainian President Zelensky proposed to halt attacks on Russian refineries if the U.S. supplies Patriot missiles to Ukraine. He emphasized the need for defense against Russian strikes on Ukraine's energy sector. Zelensky stated that if the U.S. provides these systems for a month, Ukraine would refrain from attacking Russian facilities during that time. However, he warned that the delivery of these missiles could take years. Discussions between the U.S. and Ukraine regarding military support are set to resume in November.
