Ochelari gratuiți pentru 100 de vârstnici din Sibiu: au fost aleși dintre cei mai vulnerabili

The campaign "Help an Elder Smile" provided free eye consultations and glasses to seniors in Sibiu, continuing to support vulnerable elderly nationwide. A total of 100 seniors received these services, organized by the Philanthropy Federation of the Romanian Patriarchate. The initiative took place on September 21-22, 2026, at the Social Center "Holy Trinity" in Sibiu, targeting the most vulnerable individuals from the community. The campaign aims to assist vulnerable groups through medical-social services and material support, including food packages and heating assistance. Since its launch, over 5,900 seniors have benefited from various forms of aid, with ongoing efforts to address the needs of elderly individuals in difficulty. Donations can be made via SMS to support the campaign.
