Obiceiul de dimineață care ar putea crește riscul unui tip de cancer. Avertismentul unui oncolog

An oncologist warns that drinking very hot beverages like coffee and tea can increase the risk of esophageal cancer. Allowing these drinks to cool slightly before consumption is recommended to prevent irritation of the esophagus. Regular exposure to high temperatures can lead to inflammation and cellular changes that heighten cancer risk. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classifies drinks over 65°C as probably carcinogenic. Other risk factors include alcohol, smoking, and untreated gastroesophageal reflux disease. However, coffee and tea can still be beneficial if consumed at safer temperatures.
