The interim Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oana Țoiu, announced that 77 candidates were selected from over 3,000 applicants for diplomatic positions. The recruitment process aimed to strengthen consular services and has now reached its final stage. The selected candidates will fill vacancies created by retirements, with no additional budget impact. The competition was intense, with approximately 18 applicants per position. This recruitment is expected to enhance the consular teams with new professionals.
