Vice Prime Minister Oana Gheorghiu mistakenly referred to the National Pension House instead of the National Health Insurance House in her Facebook post about the eSanatateaMea.ro platform. She later corrected the error and announced plans for a quick solution to make the platform operational. The platform aims to provide a single access point for digital health services, allowing citizens to manage medical appointments and access health information online. However, initial enrollment issues have arisen, prompting urgent meetings with authorities to expedite identity validation for approximately 25,000 pending requests. An alternative enrollment solution is also being developed.
