Oamenii din Tulcea, trimiși în adăposturi după un nou mesaj RO-Alert

Residents of Tulcea were alerted again after receiving a simultaneous RO-Alert message due to detected aerial targets near the Ukrainian border. The alarm was triggered on August 4, following radar surveillance by the Ministry of Defense. Citizens were advised to seek shelter as there was a risk of falling objects from the air. This alert lasted approximately 90 minutes, urging people to remain calm and stay indoors away from windows. A similar alert was issued on July 30, and tensions have risen since a drone incident on July 24, when a drone resembling a Shahed model was shot down in Romania. Authorities continue to monitor the situation closely.
