The deal with Italian-based Datasel faced scrutiny as inspections revealed some ammunition did not meet necessary standards. The Estonian Defense Investments Center canceled contracts, leading to a legal dispute over €60-70 million in advance payments. Datasel claims to be a victim in this situation, stating that quality issues were not found during inspections.
