O specie de „broscuță de cafea”, descoperită în Costa Rica
A new species of tree frog, known as the 'spring frog', has been discovered in Costa Rica's coffee plantations. This small, greenish amphibian measures less than 4 cm and is endemic to the region. Researchers highlight its translucent throat and nocturnal singing habits. However, the use of pesticides in coffee farming poses a potential threat to these frogs.
