O rețea de trafic de persoane, destructurată de DIICOT. Victimele erau trimise în Austria și Germania
DIICOT has dismantled a human trafficking network in Caraș-Severin, which illegally brought over 60 individuals from various countries to Romania in August. The victims were intended for transport to Austria and Germany. Six suspects, aged between 25 and 50, were targeted in search operations, revealing their organized roles in the criminal activities. The network involved complex transport logistics, including hiding migrants among goods in trucks and monitoring police presence. Two members of the group have already been sentenced for trafficking in Germany.
