O rețea de crimă organizată din Balcanii de Vest, destructurată de Europol. Aproape 50 de persoane au fost arestate
Europol has arrested around 50 individuals linked to an organized crime network operating across three European countries, involved in drug trafficking and violence. The suspects faced charges for crimes including kidnappings and grenade attacks. The investigation revealed that the group concealed large drug shipments within commercial goods. Following the discovery of these shipments, members and their families were targeted for violent reprisals. The operation concluded with police raids on 42 properties in Slovenia and Spain, with real-time coordination from Europol's support center in Ljubljana. Authorities seized 66 kilograms of drugs, firearms, jewelry, and cash during the raids. The network utilized secure encrypted communication platforms to manage drug transport and maintain contact among members.
