O relație toxică cu mâncarea? 7 din 10 români se simt vinovați că au mâncat prea mult
A recent study reveals that many Romanians frequently think about food, even when not hungry, impacting their mental and physical well-being. The survey of 1,319 respondents found that 71% think about food often, with 27% doing so very frequently. Emotional eating is common, with 21% admitting to eating secretly, and 77% eating in response to stress or emotions. Many feel guilty about overeating, leading to compensatory behaviors. The study highlights the influence of food-related stimuli and societal pressures on eating habits, especially before vacations. Despite attempts to eat healthier, few seek professional help for weight management.
