O prăjitură germană oferită Papei Leon, prea fragilă pentru transportul cu avionul, a fost dusă la Roma cu maşina

A traditional Christmas cake, stollen, was transported from Saxony to the Vatican for Pope Leo XIV. Weighing around four kilograms, it was deemed too fragile for air travel. Saxony's Prime Minister, Michael Kretschmer, delivered the cake during a private audience in late September. The official vehicle also carried other gifts and documents, but costs were not disclosed. Stollen is a dense cake filled with fruits, nuts, and marzipan, typically served during Christmas and Easter.
