The transaction, finalized recently, involves a property previously housing Alpha Bank, built between 2001-2004. Global Vision plans to reposition the site into a mixed-use project, aligning with its strategy to enhance central properties. The acquisition process took a year, with legal and financial assistance from Reff & Asociații | Deloitte Legal and Deloitte Romania. This move reflects Global Vision's commitment to reintegrating strategic assets into Bucharest's commercial landscape.
