Brașov City Hall is reviving a stalled project for a large underground parking facility beneath Nicolae Titulescu Central Park, funded through a concession contract with a private operator. The project includes 746 parking spaces, with 440 in the park and 306 at the Military Hospital, and is estimated to generate over 100 million euros in revenue. The council will vote on the project details on August 28.
