O nouă rundă de concedieri la Fujikura Dej

Fujikura, a Japanese automotive company in Dej, plans to lay off 309 employees due to production capacity adjustments. This marks the second major restructuring in less than two years, following previous layoffs of over 200 staff. The company cites declining financial prospects and the completion of a key project as reasons for the layoffs, which are set to begin at the end of October. The workforce has significantly decreased from 758 employees in 2024 to 477 in 2025, alongside a drop in revenue from 100.08 million lei to 90.7 million lei, resulting in a net loss of approximately 2.08 million lei.
