EVERGENT Investments has withdrawn from its investment agreement with Anima Wings, which recently filed for insolvency. The company stated that the agreement was contingent on certain conditions that were not met. Consequently, EVERGENT will not acquire shares in Anima Wings. This decision follows a similar announcement from BT Asset Management, which also confirmed that its agreement with Anima Wings is no longer valid due to the airline's insolvency request. Both investment firms had previously expressed interest in acquiring stakes in Anima Wings, which had planned to sell 50% of its shares to them and another investor.
