The service, operated by an NGO, aims to assist those affected by accidents in navigating their recovery process. Since its inception, the NGO has already helped over 3,000 victims. The helpline operates similarly to other support lines, providing specialized assistance to callers. Romania continues to have a high rate of road fatalities, with significant accidents reported in recent months.
