Investors can purchase bonds with maturities of 1, 3, and 5 years, with tax-free interest income. The program runs from October 5 to November 6, 2026, and offers various subscription channels. The interest rates have risen from the previous edition, with the highest rate for five-year bonds. This initiative aims to attract funds for budget deficit financing and public debt refinancing.
