The facility will include modular changing rooms, referee areas, and seating for spectators. It will be built on a plot of 18,983 square meters, with a 275 square meter building and 122 parking spaces. The area is undergoing significant real estate development, with nearby projects including a new shopping center and residential apartments. Borăscu, a former wrestler, has a notable sports career, including participation in the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
