The Ministry of Transport is expected to initiate a feasibility study within 90 days of the law's enactment. However, the proposal has faced negative reviews from the Economic and Social Council, which argues that investment approvals are the executive's responsibility and criticizes the lack of comprehensive planning. The future of the legislative proposal remains uncertain.
