Residents in northern Tulcea County received a RO-ALERT message about potential falling objects from the air, urging them to seek shelter. The alert, issued by the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, advised people to remain calm and stay in basements or civil protection shelters for about 90 minutes. Those without access to such spaces were instructed to stay indoors, away from windows and exterior walls. Tulcea has frequently received alerts since the onset of the war in Ukraine, particularly when Russian attacks target nearby Ukrainian port infrastructure. Many drone debris have been found in the region, highlighting ongoing risks.
