The construction of the Sibiu-Făgăraș highway is progressing, with the most advanced section over 50% complete. The project consists of four segments totaling approximately 70 kilometers, set for completion by 2028. The Turkish contractor Makyol is working on various structures, including a significant arch bridge. Currently, 558 workers and 182 machines are on-site, with overall progress at 52.23%. Each segment has varying completion rates, with the second segment leading at 53.49%.
