O mare bancă taie din privilegiile angajaţilor. Beneficiul de 26.000 de dolari, eliminat după ani de zile

HSBC is cutting employee benefits in Hong Kong, eliminating a subsidy for private club memberships starting January. This change affects mid-level and senior staff, who previously received half of the membership fee covered, up to approximately $26,000. The bank aims to align its benefits with those of Hang Seng, which it fully acquired this year. Senior bankers will retain some club-related perks, while the bank claims these cuts will enhance life and health insurance offerings. Additionally, new hires will no longer receive school fee subsidies, part of a broader restructuring under CEO Georges Elhedery.
