Three patients received life-saving transplants in Iași over the weekend, including a mother of four and a dialysis patient. Organs were donated by a 54-year-old man in a coma. The liver was transplanted to a 36-year-old woman with toxic liver cirrhosis, while a 46-year-old man received a kidney after nearly a decade on dialysis. Additionally, a 38-year-old woman underwent a second kidney transplant. Two cornea transplants were also performed, restoring sight to two patients with severe eye conditions.
