Starting September 26, the RATBV line 56 will operate on an extended route throughout the week, connecting Roman terminal to Micșunica Cemetery. This change aims to enhance public transport in Uzina 2 and Astra areas, facilitating student commutes to schools. Unlike the previous weekend-only schedule, line 56 will now run on weekdays as well. The route will extend to Zizinului Street, improving service for local residents. Two morning departures are specifically scheduled for students: one at 7:10 AM from Micșunica Cemetery and another at 7:40 AM from Roman terminal. Vice Mayor Lucian Patrașcu emphasized that these adjustments were made based on the community's needs, ensuring better transport links for students and daily commuters. The new schedule will be effective from September 26, with detailed timetables available through RATBV's information channels.
