She contested her firing in court, which ruled in her favor, stating that her actions did not warrant dismissal. The court found that the accusations against her were either unfounded or irrelevant, and her insistence on reminders did not make her responsible for a deteriorating work environment. Consequently, she is to be reinstated and compensated with approximately €33,000.
