Russia has not ruled out a trilateral meeting between the leaders of Russia, the USA, and China, according to Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov. However, preparations depend on clarifying the agenda for the meeting. Ryabkov emphasized the importance of understanding the meeting's substance and expected outcomes. Earlier this month, Kremlin advisor Yuri Ushakov mentioned the possibility of such a meeting at the APEC summit in Shenzhen, China, in November.
