The National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) discovered that the firm generated over 15.33 million lei in revenue from this unregistered activity over two and a half years. Following inspections, prosecutors were notified due to the significant financial impact on the state budget. The investigation revealed discrepancies in cement usage and unreported sales, leading to suspicions of tax evasion. ANAF plans to pursue legal action to recover the losses and continue efforts against tax fraud.
