A company from Brașov will renovate the Belvedere platform on Tâmpa Mountain, with a three-month deadline for project completion. The platform is currently unsafe for tourists due to its deteriorated condition. Mayor George Scripcaru signed the contract for the project, which includes the construction of a laminated wood platform, chosen for its environmental friendliness and quicker execution. The project will also address drainage issues in the area. The original platform dates back to around 1905 and has been a key viewpoint for the city.
