O firmă a depozitat și îngropat 800 de metri cubi de deșeuri pe Splaiul Unirii din Capitală. A fost amendată cu peste 200.000 de lei

Approximately 800 cubic meters of construction and demolition waste were found on a 2,000 square meter plot in Sector 3 of Bucharest. The National Environmental Guard discovered that some waste was not only improperly disposed of but also buried on an adjacent site. The responsible company faced fines totaling 235,000 lei and a criminal complaint was filed. Inspections revealed large amounts of debris, including bricks and plastic, deposited by a company lacking the necessary environmental permits. Despite multiple fines and orders to remove the waste, the situation remained unchanged, leading to further penalties. The case escalated to a criminal level due to illegal waste storage and burial, with potential prison sentences of 1 to 5 years.
