O fabrică tocmai a câștigat titlul de „cea mai bună clădire nouă din lume” în arhitectură: Are grădini și este acoperită de plante

The Green Field Factory in Bangladesh has won the prestigious RIBA International Prize for its innovative design that integrates nature and prioritizes employee well-being. Located in Rangpur, the factory features gardens, courtyards, and a communal entrance for all workers, promoting equality. Designed by Nakshabid Architects, it reflects traditional Bengali homes and aims to create a livable environment for its approximately 5,000 employees, mostly women. The award highlights a shift towards community-focused architecture in the textile industry, contrasting with past tragedies like the Rana Plaza collapse. The factory is recognized for its vision of a workplace that nurtures and inspires its workers.
